this is always a satisfying topic to respond to haha! So it has changed through the years, and I do remember using a brush as well! But currently I am using a designated utensil from the kitchen(that no longer ever sees the kitchen- a large/long metal serving fork thingy), and the perfect bar knife that also no longer sees the inside of a kitchen, but oh well it also happens to make the perfect scratching and scraping tool! I started using a designated fork after having one of my worst itch attacks when I lived on the east coast with a room mate and I scoured the kitchen for whatever could possibly satisfy and reach my terrible itch! That’s when I laid eyes on a fork haha. Since then I have used two different forks since. And then the knife idea came after watching a Video that had gone viral on YouTube where a psoriases warriors was scraping all his huge flakes off with a knife! I thought it was dangerous and crazy that he would ever think of using that- but after seeing how well it worked and how easily he weirded the knife, I decided to search for my own perfect knife and found this one that the sister had recently added from her swag bag from a fun event out. Luckily the sister is understanding and me and my knife have a solid relationship haha! Oh and also a tweezer- but I have minimized use after misplacing it after some time and noticing that my skin improved after I stopped picking at my flakes lol.
