Well 3 symptoms that bother me the most are -Insomnia I literally can't go to sleep on weeks I.dont use my triamcinalone cream - Constant itchiness this one's self-explanatory -My uneven skin tone that happens due to AD it's a big insecurity

Eczema care for me is a whole body experience. I can have it head to toe. So I treat it that way. To help my skin heal, I make sure that I take a multi vitamin every day. I also eat whole grains, fresh fruit and vegetables, canned tomatoes, nuts and seeds, beans, eggs, fish. I exfoliate twice a week using a sugar scrub. After each shower, while wet, I apply Argan oil, just a little. To fade facial dark spots, I use GoPure Actives Glyco-Peptide Anti-Wrinkle Moisturizer. It's $39.99 on Amazon prime. It's like magic. The constant itching. It's right up there with the flaking, redness and the neat skin hyperpigmentation. It runs in my family.

The itching is horrible. Then the cracks on my fingers afterwards hurt really bad. Then the flaking of dead skin

My biggest problem is in my hands and legs. I have them quite affected and sometimes my pores are infected, I have very dry skin and the itching is desperate, at night it does not let me sleep.

I think the most frustrating is managing eczema. Just when you think you have it under control, it will flare up. Other frustrations are the itching and the flaking.

The redness, the dry patches, I scrach all night and can't sleep, sometimes I wake up and there's blood in the covers because I scrathced during the night without noticing. The heat and sweat are the worst. And I feel ugly when I get flares. (Sorry for grammar/spelling mistakes, english is not my first language)
