Grounding Yourself

Wearing shoes all day can limit you from grounding yourself and feeling the energy of the healing earth. Your feet are full of surprises. They have a complex network of nerves that feel the ground literally and can connect us with the surrounding energy the earth emanates. But due to overuse of shoes in our modern society we limit these natural connections and therefore limit ourselves from the earth's natural healing.
