Has anyone found relief from allergy drops?

It has taken me years to get my dermatologist to believe me when I’ve stated this is atopic dermatitis. This site certainly helped in convincing her! My question is this. Has anyone gotten relief with allergy drops? I do have some allergies. I was told that this would help. After 3 months it has not. Not sure if I should stay on them or go off. Any advice would be appreciated.

  1. Thank you. I appreciate your comments and help. My appointment is soon. I’ll definitely ask about shots opposed to drops

    1. Hi , I've heard people in the eczema community say they've found relief from allergy shots, but not allergy drops. To my understanding (after a quick search), allergy drops are a replacement for the shots. Either way, each and every person responds to treatment differently. What works for one person might not necessarily work for someone else.

If you have not gotten relief after using the drops for 3 months, I'd suggest communicating this to your dermatologist. Hopefully, she can advise if you should stay on them or if you should try something else. I hope this helps. Do let us know how things are going for you, if you'd like. We're here for you!

      Healing hugs,
