The name I chose sounds funny to me, but I am the opposite of her. I am 72 and have been married to a wonderful man for 52 years. I came down with this condition about 1 and 1/2 years ago. I have read and studied about it ever since. Of course I sought medical help and got many different diagnoses and finally an answer! I had atopic dermatitis.

My family medical history

It seems that my parents had passed it on to me. I was only three when my Father died as a result of asthma and my Mother had rheumatoid arthritis. My Son was born with asthma. I found out that meant it was in my DNA!

We can overcome atopic dermatitis

I'm one of those people who knows that our brains are so strong that we can overcome this condition. I have many reasons for this attitude, because I have lived an amazing life! I have overcome many things and have created many wonderful things in my life. I believe it meant mind over matter!
