How does lifting weights relate to eczema?

Well, if you think about it, weight training promotes healthy bones and muscles. When you have weak muscles and bones your body may struggle to handle stress and your immune system can be weakened making it more challenging to battle infections, etc. Stress could be physical as well as mental. I lift weights so that my body doesn't atrophy. Those of us with eczema need our bodies to be strong, so we can handle stress and avoid flare-ups.
