I broke out with little red itchy bumps on my back and it has spread to my stomach arms and behind my 1 knee itches like crazy

that sounds very painful! Is this the first time this is happening to you, or a new flare? Have you reached out to your doctor or HCP. You may also want to try talking to a pharmacist, to see if they can make a recommendation until you are seen by a HCP. One thing that I find as a great short term relief from pain is applying ice.
