While I know we all may experience AD differently I would like to know what works for folks, particularly OTC creams, oils or lotions. I find it quite costly trying different OTC creams. There is a lot of self serving information on the internet, its is hard to know what to screen out. What have folks tried, what routines work. what resources do folks use. I have found good information on some European medical sites that has helped me.
