Ligth therapy for eczema
Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has ever tried light therapy for their eczema? I want to try it but I'm curious if it worked for you (and if so, then for how long)!

, thank you for the link, it's really helpful! I think what my doctor prescribed me is a slightly different type - it's 311nm UVB therapy, but seeing that the red light therapy has such great effects makes me really hopeful for this one as well!
