Sea moss for skin / gut health

Sea Moss,

Has anyone consumed sea moss before and noticed their skin get clearer?

I have been for 2 weeks straight but then ran out.

I noticed my skin healing faster while I was consuming it.

I am wondering if anyone else has tried this before.
