I can related to the struggle to find a sunscreen that doesn't irritate sensitive skin. For many years, I struggled with this, and this past June, I tried out a new product that has really been working for me. It's the CeraVe - Hydrating Sheer Sunscreen. Here is a link to the product (https://www.cerave.com/sunscreen/hydrating-sheer-sunscreen-broad-spectrum-spf-30-for-face-and-body)
Keep in mind though, what works for one person may not work for you, so if this doesn't work for you, stop using it. The next thing I can suggest would be to check out products listed on Nation Eczema Association, Seal of Acceptance products list. https://nationaleczema.org/eczema-products/?pg=2&ppg=6&q=sunscreen
There is also a great article about sunscreen and bug spray, you may find helpful https://atopicdermatitis.net/living/sunscreen-types-recommendation
Let me know if you find something that works for you.
