What do you turn to when treatments aren't working for your eczema?

Your tried and true prescription and over-the-counter treatments might not always be enough to tame the eczema beast. What non-traditional treatments have you turned to for relief?

  1. Epsom salts

    1. CommunityMember3b70c1 , thanks for sharing! I love using Epsom salt baths for my joint pain and aches. I haven't thought about how it could be helping my skin! Do you use a specific kind for your skin or have you found one you like best? Sam S. (Admin)

  2. Benzodiazapines, lots of them!

    1. CommunityMember50a6e0 that's great that you have found something to give you relief when you need it. Just a reminder, we're not able to give medical advice here. I have found that the mind-body connection plays a big role in my healing. This article and video are great resources that you or others may find helpful. Chava B. Wald (Moderator & Contributor)
