Itchy nights subsided by cheap gel

Hey AD fam. 42 years of struggle and still fighting.
For the last few years I've been using Benadryl cooling relief gel to get better sleep. It's the kind you put on during mosquito bites when camping.
Might not be a secret, but I think the antihistamine helps a lot.
It's cheap, can get it almost anywhere, and for the most part, seems to be pretty effective on most tough nights I've also found that the gel works better than anything else.

Give it a try and let me know if it works.
You deserves rest and a good night's sleep.

  1. I've been using all sorts of creams. One I like for emergencies and toting around in the day is Thyme Out. It's homeooathic and it's a spray. you send you a handbag size refillable spay bottle also. This stuff does help

    1. no way! Didn't know about this. Highly appreciate the rec!!

  2. Hi - thanks for your suggestions. I know there are a good few people in the community that have spoken about Benadryl in a positive way. I use antihistamines too. Thanks again for your invaluable input! Pete (AtopicDermatitis.net - Site Moderator)
