Sulfur

Hey - Great question. I have used before but to be perfectly honest I do not remember what effect it had on me. Probably not great otherwise I am sure I would have continued to use, but we are all different so it may work for others. A fellow advocate mentions how his skin feels after swimming in mineral-rich water (sodium, magnesium, chloride, sulfur and calcium).
