  1. Hi Gavin, just wanted to check back in on you. How are you doing now? Let us know if you get a chance! -Nina (AtopicDermatitis.net Team Member)

    1. @Gavin85 - Totally understand where you're coming from here, Gavin. I can almost feel your frustration coming through my laptop screen. I know it is easy to think dark during difficult times but there will be better days ahead. When my eczema is in full flare mode, I drink plenty of water and try and stay clear of any salty, sugary, or acidic foods. For example, in the mornings I make a green juice. I just want to say that this works for me and I am not advising you to do the same, we are all different but, for me, I put lots of essential fats and nutrients into my body; Avacado, Omega 3,6,9 oils, cucumber, apple, pineapple, and ginger. If you want to know more feel free to message me privately. If not, please don't be a stranger. There is always someone in the community willing to listen and help with your concerns. Good luck.Pete (AtopicDermatitis.net Team Member)

      1. hi there! I'm so glad you are here and sharing with us but am so sorry you are dealing with this. I can completely relate to your experience as I deal with the same thing every day and it is extremely frustrating and depressing. I've also had very low times myself when I thought it would just be easier to not be here anymore, but I know that's not the answer. Please know that we hear you and completely understand, and we are always here for you.

What creams are you using, and have you told your doctors they aren't working? When I got to that point myself, I had to go through Topical Steroid Withdrawal before I started to really heal again. Please keep us updated on how you're doing, sending you lots of healing vibes in the meantime. -Nina (AtopicDermatitis.net Team Member)
