Sleep and eczema

The nighttime is the worst for me because I become so itchy. Lately I have been using sleeping medication but I don't want to become dependent on it.

Any helpful tips to having a good night sleep?

  1. Thanks for starting a forum about this very important topic. You're definitely not alone in this. We hear far too often about the struggles to get a good night's sleep and eczema... I hope more people share about what is helping them. -Sarah (AtopicDermatitis.net Team Member)

    1. hello daisy, i found coloidal silver water stopped the itch all together after just one spray of it , cost about a tenner on ebay .please look into it, it worked on two of my nieces also.

      1. , Thanks for sharing your night time experience and what helps you. I will definitaley check it out since I am tired of not getting a good night sleep. Take care!

      2. thanks for the reply, cld you let me know how you get on with it, the only problem I see with it would be if you had an allergy to silver keep using the creams to help clear the skin up after adding the water@ let the water dry on the skin by its self it stays on the skin and keeps bacteria at bay for quite a long time, enjoy the sleeping.
