I have commented previously re:eczema around the eyes. I found GPS ARE too ready to prescribe an antibiotic for itchy skin whereas the optician says its more likely to be be viral! Prevention is better than cure with me which means trying to stay well, not get stressed & get good sleep! I try to stay away from steroid cream but sometimes it's the only thing that helps. Everyday management means bathing in cooled boiled water, applying eyedrops for dry eye wearing sunglasses & keeping off makeup!!! Using leaf from an aloe vera plant also helps plus using a perfume free barrier ointment.
Good luck

@putrriiiii - hello! I use eye drops to keep my eyes lubricated nicely. That and antihistaminenes. If I am able to prevent the eyes from itching then there is minimal damage around the eyes. Hope this helps! Pete (AtopicDermatitis.net Team Member)
