  1. I personally have to keep eggs to a minimum. I have been on a quest to get more healthy protein in my diet and eggs are an easy source for me. Unfortunately grabbing boiled eggs every day increased the number of patches I have. I’ve been egg free for two weeks and they are finally getting in control.

    1. so relieved to read that you found your trigger with the egg. I find managing daily life is less challenging when my triggers are predictable. I also know how hard it is to avoid favorite and convenient foods. I get you.
