Eczema Fatigue

Whether it's the constant itch, the endless doctor's appointments, or the never-ending trial and error of new treatments, eczema is exhausting. What do you do when you are dealing with eczema fatigue?

  1. I used to sink into a deep depression and isolate myself...now I've learned to accept it and bit more since the severity has decreased greatly due to Dupixent paired with squalene based oils and topicals to soothe the irritation.

    1. Wow, that must have been an incredibly hard place to be. I admire your strength in finding the mental resilience to accept and prevent yourself from going back to that place. Would you mind sharing any tips or insights that you found helpful for others who may be struggling with this?Lastly, it's fantastic that you've found medications that are working for you!

      To brighter smoother days,

  2. hmm., there's nothing more to get exhausted.
Accepting my fate as it is, constant heat and pressure can transform wood into coal and eventually into an unbreakable diamond.
Similarly, I've endured countless tablets, blood tests, examinations, and trials, and now I am resilient—unaffected by further pressure.
When I see others fear injections and blood tests, I find myself laughing inside, a laughter tinged with deep-seated pain.
