Epiceram...it's prescription, expensive, most drug plans won't cover it, so I buy it on E-bay. It's some sorta high tech emulsion, no steroids or drugs in it, non-greasy.

That works for me also, one of sisters bought the body wash for my mom, I tried it a couple of times and my hands didn't react to it.
