Help! What are your tried and true solutions when a flare breaks out?
Steroids
Zinc Oxide ointment. I recently bought a tube of it for $3. It is available OTC at drug stores everywhere. It seems to work well, suppressing itching and redness for several days. I had been using Triamcinalone and zinc oxide works slightly better than that did.
