I know itch is such a hot topic here in the eczema community. It can be frustrating, not allow us to sleep, and send flakes flying everywhere. What are some ways that you manage your itch?
jojoba oil. stops the itch, helps the skin. the other stuff didn't work for me and known to hurt skin.

I use an icepack or clay ice wrap that wraps around my arm. The cold lessens or stops the itch sensation.
