Itchy bloody flare ups

I've suffered the past 5 years and nothing seems to help, the itching about drives me mad from scratching ! All creams and medication doesn't seem to help, I start healing and then I break out again! I've recently been bruising real easy ! Does anyone have advise, please help !!
